Shipping policy
Many of our products are made to order at our farm in Dadeville, Alabama. Lead times vary with the production schedule. Individual product pages always have the most specific guidance.
Typical processing times
- Ready-to-Fruit blocks: typically 1-3 weeks (made to order). Extras often ship sooner. Contact us for current lead times if you need a rush order.
- Agar plates / pre-poured Petri dishes: about 1 week before shipment.
- Spawn, cultures, liquid inoculum, and All-In-One bags: about 1-3 weeks before shipment (also listed on each product page).
- Sterilized grain bags (when stocked): often ship sooner than the general spawn/substrate window. See the product page for the stocked-exception details.
Standing production slots are available for recurring wholesale orders and retail subscription orders. Ask when you set up a wholesale account or a subscription.
Free shipping
US domestic retail orders of $299 or more qualify for free shipping. This threshold applies to United States retail destinations only. Wholesale shipping is billed separately under wholesale account terms. International orders do not receive free shipping under this rule; international rates are calculated at checkout. For US retail orders below $299, shipping methods and rates are also calculated at checkout.
