Instructor
Allen Carroll is the owner of Fungi Farm and has more than a decade of commercial mushroom production experience. He leads public tours and forays, studied Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science at Auburn University, and holds Alabama Mushroom Society credentials. He wrote Alabama’s first wild-mushroom certification, MushroomTek, which is valid in Alabama and Georgia.
