Instructor
Allen Carroll of Fungi Farm has more than a decade of hands-on mushroom growing experience. He leads public tours and forays, studied Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science at Auburn University, and is a former president of the Alabama Mushroom Society. He developed Alabama's first wild mushroom identification certification, now administered by MushroomTek and recognized in Alabama and Georgia.
