Instructor
Allen Carroll of Fungi Farm has more than a decade of hands-on mushroom growing experience. He leads our public tours and forays, studied Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science at Auburn University, and is the former president of the Alabama Mushroom Society. He developed Alabama’s first wild-mushroom identification certification, valid in Alabama and Georgia. Allen co-founded MushroomTek with Robert Griffith of Nourish Farm in Waverly, Alabama. MushroomTek is a separate company from Fungi Farm.
